Delete your account and data
Effective 30 September 2026
You can delete your Atlitos account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
How to delete your account
In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account, then confirm by typing DELETE. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@elsheph.com from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days.
Email a deletion request
For an emailed request we verify that it comes from the account owner before deleting anything, so we may reply to confirm your identity.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, phone number, date of birth, sports, city and state, and your preferences.
- Every video and caption you posted, your likes, and the video files themselves.
- Who you follow and who follows you.
- Your name, photo and details on your chat messages and comments. The messages stay in the other person’s conversation, shown as from “Deleted user”, so their history still makes sense.
- Your saved addresses, cart and wishlists.
- Your notifications and push notification tokens.
- Your coaching certificates and any Atlitos Life application and documents.
- Your training progress.
What we keep, and why
We retain a limited set of records after deletion where the law requires it:
- Financial and transaction records (payments, refunds, payouts, donations, and the associated ledger entries) are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. They stay attached to an anonymous entry, with your name, phone number and other details erased.
- Reports you filed about other members, so deleting an account cannot erase the evidence against another one.
- Records we must keep to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal obligation.
Timeline
Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. We action verified emailed requests within 30 days and email you when it is complete. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period the law requires, and then deleted.
