Content policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
Atlitos is where athletes post their best plays. This page says what belongs here, what does not, and exactly what to do when you see something wrong.
What we are for
Clutch is for sport: match footage, training, skills, celebrations, the shot you want people to see. Coaching, courts and Atlitos Life are for helping athletes train, play and get supported. Post what belongs to that.
What is not allowed
Do not post, send or upload:
- Nudity or sexual content. Including anything sexualising a minor, which we report to the authorities.
- Violence. Real violence, threats, or content that celebrates or encourages harm.
- Hate speech and harassment. Attacks on someone's caste, religion, region, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other identity. Targeted abuse, bullying, or pile ons.
- Dangerous acts. Content encouraging self harm, disordered eating, or performance drugs.
- Illegal activity. Including anything to do with betting or match fixing.
- Someone else's work. Broadcast footage, music, or video you do not have the rights to.
- Other people's private information. Phone numbers, addresses, documents.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another athlete, coach, club or brand.
- Spam and scams. Including fake coaching offers and fraudulent Atlitos Life claims.
This applies to videos, captions, comments, profile details, chat messages, and anything you submit for coach verification or an Atlitos Life application.
How to report something
On any video in Clutch, tap the more button (the three dots) on the right of the video, choose Report this clip, add a reason and submit. For a comment or a chat message, long press it, choose Report, add a reason and submit. Comments also have a flag button that opens the same menu. You can report a member from their profile too. The person you report is never told who reported them.
Reports go to a review queue that our team works through. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We act on every report within 24 hours, and when something breaks this policy we remove the content and, where warranted, the account.
How to block someone
In the same menu, choose Block and confirm. You will stop seeing that member's posts and comments straight away, everywhere in the app. They are not told that you blocked them.
What happens after a report
- We remove the content and, where warranted, the account when something breaks this policy. The person who posted it is told, and they can contact us about it.
- Where an account is removed or suspended, it cannot post, book, pay or message. You may still contact support to appeal.
- We involve the authorities where the law requires it, including for any content involving a minor.
Videos are reviewed before they appear publicly. A video that has been removed or rejected is shown as such on your own profile, with the reason where we have one.
If you think we got it wrong
Write to support@elsheph.com with your account name and what was removed. A person will look at it again.
Reporting something urgent
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us at support@elsheph.com so we can act on the account quickly.
