Delivery policy

Atlitos is operated by ELSHEPH SYSTEMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Everything you can pay for in Atlitos is an in person coaching service or a donation, so nothing is shipped and no digital goods are sold. This page explains how and when you receive what you paid for.

1. Coaching sessions

A coaching session is delivered in person, at the date, time and place agreed with the coach and shown on the booking. Confirmation is immediate: once the coach accepts and payment is captured, the session appears in your Trainings with the slot and the location. Nothing is posted to you.

If a coach has not answered a request, the session is not yet confirmed and you can cancel it for a full automatic refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.

2. Group memberships

A group membership is delivered as a place in the group's sessions for the month you paid for. Confirmation is immediate on payment, and the group, its schedule and its chat appear in the app. Each month is paid separately and does not renew automatically. Nothing is posted to you.

3. Court bookings

Courts are booked and paid for on the venue's own website, which Atlitos opens for you. Atlitos takes no payment for a court. The venue confirms your booking, and the venue's own terms and refund rules apply.

4. Atlitos Life donations

Donations are offered on Android and the web, not in the iPhone app. A donation is passed to the verified athlete you chose to support. There is no physical fulfilment. Your donation and its effect appear in My Impact in the app, usually within a few minutes of payment.

5. Where we operate

Atlitos operates in India. Coaches, venues and athletes are in India, prices are in Indian Rupees, and payments are processed in India through Razorpay.
