Terms of service

These are the rules for using Atlitos. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read the sections on payments and on what we are responsible for, because those matter most.

1. Who we are

Atlitos is operated by ELSHEPH SYSTEMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Contact support@elsheph.com.

2. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non transferable licence to use the Atlitos app. If you downloaded it from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support or warranty for the app.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See the privacy policy for exactly what deletion removes and what we must keep.

4. What Atlitos does, and does not do

Atlitos connects athletes with courts, coaches and each other. We verify coaches and venues before they can list, but we do not provide the coaching or own the courts.

Courts are booked and paid for on the venue's own website. Atlitos opens that website for you and takes no payment for the court. Your booking is with the venue, and the venue's own terms and refund rules apply.

Coaching sessions and group memberships are booked and paid for in Atlitos. They are delivered in person by the coach, and your agreement for that session or membership is with the coach, not with us. We handle the booking and the payment.

Sport carries risk of injury. You confirm you are fit to take part, and you take part at your own risk. Coaches and venues are independent providers, not our employees or agents. Atlitos is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from sessions or bookings, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include taxes where they apply. The price you are shown before you pay is the price we charge.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• You can pay in Atlitos for coaching sessions and group memberships, and for Atlitos Life donations where they are offered (on Android and the web, not in the iPhone app). Nothing else is sold in Atlitos. Court bookings are paid on the venue's own website, never through Atlitos.
• Group memberships are paid one month at a time and do not renew automatically.
• Atlitos takes a service fee. For coaching sessions and group memberships that fee comes out of the coach's payout, so the athlete pays the listed price. Any fee you pay is shown in the total before you pay.
• We may earn a commission when you buy through retailer links. It does not change your price.
• Coaches are paid out to the payout account they register with us.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Coaching. If a coach declines your request, you are refunded in full and automatically.
• Cancelling a coaching session or a group membership. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. A session that has already started cannot be cancelled.
• Courts. Court cancellations and refunds are handled by the venue under its own terms, because the venue took the payment, not Atlitos.
• Shop. Physical goods are not sold. Gear links take you to the retailer, and their terms apply to your purchase.
• Atlitos Life donations are final and cannot be refunded, because they are passed to the athlete you chose to support.
• Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Your bank decides how long that takes.

7. Your content

• You own what you post. Your videos stay yours.
• You give us permission to host, show and distribute your posts inside Atlitos, so that other members can see them. That permission ends when you delete the post or your account.
• Only post what you have the right to post. See the content policy for what is not allowed.
• There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We act on every report within 24 hours. When something breaks the content policy, we remove the content and, where warranted, the account.

8. Coaches, venue partners and supported athletes

• Coaches must hold the qualifications they claim and submit them for verification. Misrepresenting them ends the account.
• Venue partners are responsible for their courts being safe, available and as described, and for their own booking, payment and refund terms.
• Atlitos Life applicants must give truthful information about what they need. A fraudulent claim ends the account and we may recover funds.

9. What you may not do

• Break the law, or use Atlitos for betting or match fixing.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or try to reach other members' data.
• Scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.
• Automate access, or attempt to get around limits or fees.

10. Availability

We work to keep Atlitos running but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change or stop features. If we stop something you have paid for, we will refund the unused part.

11. Our responsibility

We provide Atlitos with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of coaches, venues or other members, for injury during sport, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Atlitos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the content policy, and we will tell you why. Any money you are already owed is still paid.

13. Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use Atlitos after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
